We can manufacture customized products to drawing;

We have a solid background in customizing mounting parts for pneumatic cylinders by modifying our standard parts in order to grant a cheaper and faster supply compared to products obtained from raw material (bars, wire rod etc.).

Our production flexibility allows us to make drilling, milling, reaming, grooving works in millimeters or inches to customize your product and supply small lots up to thousands of pieces with short delivery times.

We have 3 main machining departments:

• Turning: we have 4 two-axis lathes with a maximum workable diameter of 350 millimeters. Two of these machines are automated with a robotic loading system;
• Milling: we have 7 three/four-axis CNC machining centers, up to 10 pallets, with maximum workable dimensions up to 500 mm;
• Transfer: we have 2 CNC transfers for the machining of light alloys, both automated with a robotic piece-holder palletizer.

We have several historical partners with whom we collaborate to increase the range of our services: laser cutting and bending of metal sheets, oxy-cutting of high thicknesses, sandblasting treatment, turning of small parts, surface treatments.
