Why do we invest in customisation?

Customised packaging, accessories and product finishes have always been a fundamental part of our work that has allowed us to distinguish ourselves from the international competition that often proposes a more standardised production.

Today, to further differentiate ourselves from such mass production, we also develop custom prototypes, which do not necessarily require large production volumes.

By focusing on small batches we are able to capture a different range of customers with different needs: we start from the customer’s design to make any improvements and turn it into a finished product.

Investments in new machinery and software allow us to quickly guarantee:

Why do we invest in 4.0 technology?

Continuous machinery upgrades have allowed us to meet the National Industry 4.0 plan deadline prepared and aware that the improvement of productivity and production processes also involves targeted investments in technology and automation.

2 objectives achieved with 4.0:

  • Increased production: the new machines are able to work even without supervision and on multiple shifts 24/7. We currently produce more than 300,000 aluminium parts and 100,000 steel parts each year, exporting more than 65% of production abroad.
  • Production management: the new machines are interconnected through software that allow us to interface the individual production phases, check errors and critical issues and allow us to intervene promptly with corrective actions. Thanks to the efficient work flow system, finished product stocks and forecast analysis, we are able to fulfil at least 98.5% of orders on average.

We believe that every industrial company, big or small, should be committed to protecting the environment. Modern technologies allow a more respectful and virtuous approach to environmental and energy issues today on the global agenda.

4 objectives achieved in the green scenario:

  • Installation of 160 kW photovoltaic panels.
  • Reduction of paper consumption, due to improved corporate digitalisation.
  • Recycling, resale and reuse for new products of the majority of production waste.
  • Differentiated collection and recovery systems of pollutants.

Why do we invest in employees?

Constantly updating the individual skills of the entire team is a crucial point of our success, which has allowed us to always maintain our level of specialisation and quality.

We believe in the professional and human growth of our employees and, for this reason, we spend many hours (about 2% of the hours worked) to train and update personnel, taking advantage of both internal and outsourced resources and proposing, in addition to the mandatory courses by law, also various other types of courses.

  • Upgrade courses to 4.0 through a learning by doing approach.
  • English language courses focused on business conversation.
  • Production manager courses to develop role-specific skills.
  • Quality manager courses to develop role-specific skills.

We have always been very rooted in the territory that hosts us, because on the one hand we see the company as a value for everything around it and on the other hand we want to improve the company image in the context in which we live.

Our products come from ingots purchased in Italy, melted in Italy and processed at our factory in Brignano Gera d ‘Adda.

We have chosen an all-Italian supply chain, also facing higher costs, but we are aware of focusing everything on the quality and traceability of the raw materials and the product.

It is Made in Italy, which has always been our added and distinctive value, to differentiate us from the competition and to maintain the excellence of the service, the product and the specialisation of know-how.
